Sea Glass

When I see you, I see sea glass

Polished by the hours past

Where others they may see a stone 

I see a beauty unto none

When I see you I see sea glass

And when the light hits you I see you glow

You shimmer in the waters flow

I don't know what you were in your past

But you get brighter as hours pass

A search light burnt out in the night

By a lonely man for company
